Advandtel Dominicana S. A. grants option to TLC Explorations Inc. (TLCX) for 7,885 acre - Gold and Copper project in the Dominican Republic.

Toronto, December 10th, 2007 TLC Explorations Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been granted an option from ADVANDTEL DOMINICANA S. A. (Advandtel) regarding Advandtel’s optioned “Majagual Concession”. Advandtel is a private company engaged in mineral exploration, real estate and telecommunications in the Dominican Republic. The Majagual Concession lies on the southern flank of the Dominican Republic’s Cordillera Central, about 42 km west-northwest of the capital city of Santo Domingo. The concession is roughly centered at 18° 28° north latitude and 70° 14° west longitude.

TLC Explorations is please to announce further results of samples obtained from the optioned gold bearing property referred to as the “Vega Occurrence”. The Vega Property is situated approximately 130 kilometers east of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Sample results obtained include results from both the Vega 1 and Vega 2 trenches (referred to as the north and south trenches). Many samples obtained resulted from cross cutting channels in the surface rock.

Management of TLC Explorations Inc. is pleased to report that detail work has started on its 520 acre gold property, known as the “Vega Occurrence”. The property is situated in the Beardmore – Geraldton gold belt some 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay in north-central Ontario. Since the initial discovery of gold in 1916, 18 deposits throughout the Beardmore – Geraldton belt have produced 4.1 million ounces of gold.

(TLCX) is pleased to announce by agreement dated, December 21, 2006 that the Company has acquired an option on mineral property located in Vincent/McComber Townships, 15 km ENE of Beardmore, Ontario. The property, known as the “Vega Occurance” consists of four (4) claims (13 units) located in Vincent Township, Ontario. The Claims are numbered as follows: TB3012104, TB1221498, TB3011496, and TB4210062.
