TLC EXPLORATIONS ACQUIRES ADDITIONAL LAND IN BEARDMORE / GERALDTON GOLD CAMP - Friday, March 14 2008

TLC Explorations Inc. (TLCX) is pleased to announce that it has secured additional land positions in the Beardmore-Geraldton greenstone belt in north-central Ontario.

During Kodiak's discoveries at its Hercules property, TLCX initiated a further staking program and acquired an additional 8 units (TB3018951, TB3018955) directly east of its existing claims TB3012104, TB1221498, TB3011496, and TB4210062, bringing its total direct participation to 21 claim units. This land position is centered approximately 20 kilometres south of the Hercules Discovery by Kodiak, where Kodiak encountered significant gold mineralization.

The Beardmore-Geraldton mineral belt has produced 4.1 million ounces of gold from several deposits located along its 84 kilometre east-west extent, and is up to 21 kilometres wide.

Metavolcanic formations within the belt have remobilized metals into favourable greenstone and intrusive hosted shear zones and associated quartz veins.

TLCX management believes this entire area is under-explored and contains favourable geologic potential for the discovery of economic gold and base metal deposits.

Work on the existing TLCX property claims, known as the “Vega Occurance” located in Vincent/McComber Townships, produced extremely favourable gold assay results from rock cuttings in the old trenches known as the Vega #1Vein and Vega #2 Vein. Surface geological mapping, geophysics, and sampling of the higher priority targets resulted in 50 samples averaging 0.49 oz/ton with some samples over 2.00 oz/ton. The No. 1 vein is known to be at least 2580 ft. long. Seventy –two (72) test pits had previously been sunk on this vein from 1 to 10 ft. deep. Sixty–nine (69) of these pits were spaced approximately 25 ft. apart and showed consistent findings over at least 1208 ft. This work was carried out during the late 1930’s.

The above assay results confirmed previous information from work done on the properties in the 1930’s.
