TLC EXPLORATIONS INC. IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE A PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF TREASURY SHARES - June, 2008
Based on work done to date on TLC's Beardmore Geraldton Gold Camp property, TLC's exploration team has been encouraged to expand and amplify the work program. Certain drilling sites have been identified from surface work performed to date and it is believed that, with a more extensive program, more sites can be determined and the drilling campaign can be more efficiently mapped out and executed. The timing of receiving results from this current program and the commencement of the drilling should coincide efficiently.
The current private placement of units is priced at $1.50 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable at $1.75 and expires six months after closing.
