TLC Explorations Inc. (TLCX) (the “Company”) is an exploration and development company engaged in the exploration of mineral properties in Canada and the Dominican Republic.

The Company is currently focusing its exploration activities in two (2) areas:

GOLD - the company holds an interest in the Beardmore-Geraldton area of Thunder Bay, Ontario. TLCX acquired the "Vega Occurrence" claims in 2006 and to date has conducted field work, which resulted in finding samples of visible gold which subsequently produced 25 samples averaging .51388 Au oz/ton and 25 samples averaging .49376 Au oz/ton. Work continues on the property and the company has received interest from other resource companies seeking joint-venture arrangements.

The Beardmore-Geraldton Gold Camp has recently received renewed interest, primarily due to the successful efforts of Kodiak Exploration Ltd. ( including their 36,684 acre Hurcules Property reporting some good gold values across wide intervals of mineralization from its initial drill program.

COPPER/GOLD - the company has optioned a 7,885 acre, copper and gold prospect in the Dominican Republic, known as the "Majagual Concession", situated near the capital city of Santo Domingo. Samples taken from the El Cinco Zone yielded values ranging from <.002 to 27.6 g/t Au and 0.061 to 3.5% Cu.

The Dominican Republic is host to several mining companies engaged in exploration and development, including Barrick Gold Corporation's ( Pueblo Viejo Project, which produced 5+ million ounces/gold, with an estimated 18 million ounces remaining. The Republic hosts several minerals including gold, copper, silver, nickel and zinc and the government welcomes foreign investment by resource companies.
